The conversion includes parking, office and restaurant space, as well as a full rooftop social space, with multiple amenities overlooking the downtown skyline. The building is LEED® certified, integrating sustainable solutions such as: rooftop solar array, Daikin high efficiency mechanical system, LED lighting, and fresh insulated panels within old window frames. The project also received historic tax credits.
